Shipping Rates

Most items are shipped Ground Advantage through USPS for the most economical price.  If you would like your items transit time possibly expedited, I can also ship through Priority Mail if you choose to pay for that expedited service.  International orders are shipped through USPS as well, unless you would like another service that I am able to ship through.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary from location to location.  The Fab Furballs' products are made & shipped from Texas.  Packages traveling to the east and west coasts of the US will take longer than a package being shipped to the southern US.  International delivery time can be two weeks or more.  All the delivery times are dependent on the shipping method & how congested the service is at the time.

 

Processing Times

Processing times vary, but all orders should ship within 7 days of your purchase.  During different seasons, I am able to get orders out the same day, other times it takes me the full 7 days to get down the list to your order.  Holidays have the busiest processing times.  If contacted, I will reply & let you know the status of your order.

 

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order never makes it to your stated shipping location, or if it is damaged or stolen, please contact me immediately.  There are some steps we can both go through to see if your package can be found.  If damaged, I will want to send a replacement right away if possible.  Refunds are accepted, please contact me first if there's an issue.

 

Returns & Exchanges

I do accept returns for refunds or exchanges within 14 days of you receiving the item.  I go in more detail in the Refund Policy.  Please contact beth@thefabfurballs.com to begin your return or exchange.
